About Deborah

Health and wellness have always been central in my life, shaping my roles as a woman, wife, mother, grandmother, and active community member. For over 37 years, I’ve practiced yoga, reiki, meditation, and mindfulness, exploring how these practices promote inner growth and healing.

My passion for breathwork inspired me to deepen my knowledge. I trained as a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator with Pause Breathwork, where I learned how breath supports the body’s natural healing. This curiosity also led me to study the effects of breathing patterns on both body and mind, and I earned my certification as a “Breathing Behavior Analyst” (CBBA) from the Professional School of Behavioral Health Sciences.

Breath is one of the most powerful tools we have. By letting the body “breathe itself,” we open pathways to better health, emotional balance, and overall well-being.

I cannot express how grateful I am for meeting Deborah and experiencing her breathwork
sessions.

“I knew I had a habit of holding my breath but not to the extent that I was, and gasping while I was working, completely unaware.  As we progressed through different techniques, I noticed a significant shift in my awareness of my breath and when breathing properly, I felt more relaxed and grounded.

Not only did Deborah explain the physical health aspect of proper breathing but how it immediately improved my mental health was huge. During one particular session I felt a level of calm I had not experienced in years and had to hold back tears of relief. It not only helped calm my anxiety but also equipped me with skills for emotional regulation moving forward.

Since my sessions with Deborah, I am able to work without gasping for air and comfortably breathe through my nose, even when I sleep or am physically active. If you’re struggling with stress, anxiety or holding your breath like I have been,  I highly recommend trying breathwork, it may change your life as it did mine.”
